Join our experienced team of mummy-trainers as we lead you through effective and safe exercise classes designed specifically for a mother's body. As trainers, we are also mothers, which means we draw upon real life experience when it comes to understanding pregnancy, childbirth and postnatal exercise.
We encourage and support women along the journey of motherhood and we recognise that a little guilt-free 'me time' is so important. If you wish to bring your little ones, please contact us directly to discuss this further and we will do our best to provide the necessary child supervision so that you can get the most out of your class!
Our speciality Pre & Post natal "Core Restore" classes have a strong focus on optimal pelvic floor and core function, ensuring you rebuild strength and confidence from the inside out.

Our workouts can be modified, so women can continue to exercise during pregnancy and after giving birth. We carefully tailor our postnatal and antenatal classes to ensure safe and effective methods. Our pre and post natal classes are low impact and will help prepare you for childbirth.
